CadetNet Online Management System

AAC users are advised there are currently HQAAC imposed restrictions on processes you can initiate.

For more information please speak to your regional BSO. 

People Search in V5 is currently experiencing timeout issues. Users are advised to retry their search a short time afterwards. 

V5 ID Card Printing is currently experiencing issues.

These issues are being looked into.

eLearning

CadetNet Online Learning System.

Users may experience a "HTTP500" error when logging into Moodle. It is recommended to refresh / try again in the first instance. 

Intranet

CadetNet collaboration environment

CadetNet Portal, AAC and ANC website.

Webmail

CadetNet Email

Users of Webmail are encouraged to clean out their mailboxes regularly.

This includes sent mail and deleted items.

Since the release of V5 there are some reported issues with mail forwarding, moderation and access via mobile devices.

These issues are being looked into.
